UEFA Futsal EURO 2012 – Arena Zagreb & Spaladium Arena – 31 January to 11 February.
Tickets for the 2012 UEFA Futsal EURO in Croatia will go on sale on 28 November.
Schedule
The competition runs from 31 January to 11 February, with 12 teams competing at Zagreb’s 14,500-capacity Arena Zagreb and Split’s 10,500-seater Spaladium Arena.

Tickets come in three price categories. All tickets prices are in Croatian kuna (HRK); approximate prices in euros are for information only.

Applicants placing their ticket requests online via the UEFA Futsal EURO 2012 ticket portal www.futsaleuro2012.hr/buy-tickets or through TISAKmedia agencies will benefit from a 50% discount on all ticket prices. Sales via the respective arena ticketing offices will be processed on a full price basis.

For online ticket orders, an administrative/delivery fee will be charged per ticket order as follows:

Administrative fee for ticket pick-up at the respective arenas: 10 HRK (€1.34).

Delivery fee for ticket shipment:42 HRK (€5.60) for ticket orders with delivery within Croatia, 240 HRK (€32.00) for ticket orders with delivery worldwide. Some insurance fee related to ticket shipment will also be charged. For further information, please refer to our FAQ section.

Sales channels
Applicants can apply for a maximum of six tickets per match (in the same price category) via the sales channels listed below. For group orders (more than 6 tickets), please refer to our FAQ section.

The UEFA Futsal EURO 2012 ticket portal is open for ticket orders from 16.00CET on 28 November. Applications need to be registered no later than 24 hours before each selected match.

TISAKmedia agencies
From 28 November until the day of the final, tickets will be available for sale in
23 TISAKmedia agencies throughout Croatia. Further information regarding location and opening hours can be found in our FAQ section.

Arena ticketing offices
Tickets can be purchased from the ticket offices at both the Arena Zagreb and the Spaladium Arena from 29 January 2012 until the day of the final.
Opening hours on match days: from 09:00 until the end of the match (local time).
Opening hours on non-matchdays: from 09:00 to 11:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00 (local time).
Wheelchair tickets are also available. If you wish to apply for a wheelchair access ticket you should contact the Croatian Football Federation (HNS):
